In order to innovate urban management and promote the construction of livable urban areas, Gulou has taken the lead in promoting the reform of domestic waste collection and transportation in the province since the first half of 2015. According to the person in charge of the Gulou District Municipal Appearance Bureau, the specific approach of the reform is to cancel the garbage truck and use the "garbage truck after the garbage can" to integrate the collection and transportation method of direct transportation to Hongmiaoling Garbage Treatment Plant. For those who do not have access to Garbage truck, use the "garbage truck in barrels Transport hub or after the compression truck" method to implement daily production and daily cleaning of domestic garbage.
The reform of household waste collection and transportation methods is carried out in accordance with the principle of "garbage not falling to the ground, garbage not exposed, and garbage not leaking along the way", taking into account the issues of transportation, residential life, and commercial services, and adopting a combination of "point, line, and surface" operation methods. In terms of space, collection and transportation points should be avoided in commercial areas, densely populated areas, or congested road sections as much as possible. Where it is difficult to select a location, the combination of interval transfer vehicles entering the community and collecting and transporting to the Transport hub shall be adopted. In terms of time, it is recommended to work at night as much as possible, and collect and transport at designated locations and times to reduce the impact on residents and the environment. According to standards, plastic cloth or canvas is laid in the operation area during the collection and transportation operation, and a small oil cleaning vehicle is followed behind each rear pressing vehicle to clean the collected garbage cans and the road surface of the collection point.
The reporter also learned yesterday that Dafeng underground waste Transport hub, located at the South West Point of the intersection of Wushan West Road and West Second Ring Road, strives to be put into use by the end of the year. The station is managed by a digital centralized control center that is completely unattended underground. Compared with traditional stations, it reduces visual, noise, exhaust gas and other pollution, and the overall environment is fresh, clean and beautiful.
It is reported that the operation process of Dafeng Underground Garbage Transport hub is very environmentally friendly and intelligent: the closed high-level collector collects domestic garbage in the nearby residential area in time (the closed high-level collector effectively controls the leakage of garbage leachate during transportation); The collection truck stops at the entrance of Transport hub, and then automatically weighs; After weighing, before arriving at the unloading room, the Roller shutter door of the unloading room will automatically open. The collection truck will enter the designated unloading station in the station according to the instructions to unload. During unloading, the spraying, dust reduction, deodorization, negative pressure exhaust system and ion air supply system will be started at the same time, and the whole system will ensure that the air change in the station will be more than 10 times per hour; After the garbage bin is filled, it can automatically undergo strong cyclic compression and packing. The person in charge of the station told reporters, "The garbage transportation box adopts a unique double gate structure, ensuring that there is no garbage left hanging after the gate is closed
It is understood that during the garbage compression process, a vacuum suction system is used to collect sewage into the vacuum tank inside the station. Tank trucks are used to regularly transport the leachate to the Hongmiaoling Garbage Treatment Plant for treatment. This device can effectively control the diffusion of sewage odor.
The subsequent box transfer process is also very scientific and environmentally friendly, and the box can be moved according to instructions, timely moving the full box to the lifting platform; Then use a hydraulic lifting platform to lift the full container to the negative level (while moving the empty container to the compression position or standby position for compression work or waiting); Finally, the compressed sealed box is transported to the Hongmiaoling Garbage Treatment Plant for treatment by using a pull arm truck to swing and hang. The entire system is efficient in collaboration, with multiple boxes in one vehicle, effectively avoiding empty transportation vehicles and reducing energy consumption in intermediate links.
